Honglin Restaurant

   我们设计团队一直肩负着鸿霖时尚餐厅形形色色的连锁店，每家都不尽相同，这次的想法是做一家年轻时尚女孩喜欢的餐厅，既要让餐厅感觉“热闹”以彰显人气，又要相对保持每个餐位的安静与私密。用大面积的隔断作为空间的主题，以区分空间是第业主方与我们设计方一致的想法，也是达到“安静”最简单的做法。起初我们有些担心过多的隔断会使空间显得过于琐碎，且达不到“热闹”的效果，经过几轮材料的选择和修改，最终确认了用大图案的烤漆雕花配合灰玻璃且隔断不到顶的做法，这样既增强了空间的流动性，又满足了私密感。虽然最终的效果是“热闹”大于“安静”，远远没有达到我们对安静的想象，但是这次尝试又给我我们很多启示，一个闹市区的时尚餐厅一旦给路人的感觉是不热闹那么导致的结果便是没人气，一旦人气上来了，气氛又没了…虽然仍有困惑，但至少通过这个餐厅我们开始了这些方面的一些研究和探索…Our team has designed several Honglin chain restaurants with different styles. This design is targeting at young fashion girls, and aims to create a lively atmosphere and maintain the quietness and privacy of each dinning table at the same time. As the main role in this design, decorating divisions well separate spaces and well create the quietness effect, which were agreed by both parties. In the beginning, we were worried that the large quantity of divisions might make the space too disconnected and fail to create a lively atmosphere, yet after several rounds of modifications, we finally determined to integrate painted carvings and grey glasses into divisions without reaching to the roof. In this way, the whole space seems like more flexible and private. Although the final effect is that “liveliness” outweighs “quietness”, yet this try left us with a lot of inspirations. Once a trendy restaurant in downtown is not bustling, it will end with unpopularity, while, once it is bustling, then the atmosphere will not be that perfect. Still with a lot of confusions, but through this design, we at least started to make some researches and explorations.
